Tune in and find out on this thrilling episode of the Pokemon Career Mode! The Rules to the Pokemon Career Mode: 1. Every team we face counts as a "random encounter". If we beat that team, we are able to capture a random player off their roster. By "capture" I mean add them to the shortlist and transfer them in when possible. This is the only way we are allowed to transfer players into the club. The number of goals we score will be the number of pulls we get. But we can only keep one of those pulls decided by fan voting. 2. If the match ends in a draw, we are still able to pull a player from their roster, but it must be from their bench and it's only a 50% catch rate. Which means we need to flip a coin to see if the capture was successful. 3 If I lose a match, it will cause a player on our team to "faint" and be unavailable in the next 2 matches. We choose the player by who had highest player rating in the last match. The number of goals we lose by, will be the number of players who faint.
