A History of House Lothston: Harrenhal's Second Witch Queen

One of the most haunted houses to stumble into the Harrenhal trap, House Lothston rose from humble origins to the heights of infamy. Said to have performed dark deeds and horrors, their wicked ways finally culminating in the rule of Mad Danelle - an Elizabeth Bathory figure rumored to have bathed in blood and performed dark magic. Here we will chart the beginnings of this bloody house, their rise to prominence, their fall from grace, and their supposed extinction. I'll also be showcasing a tinfoil theory I have crafted regarding Brynden Rivers, Melisandre, and - the original Witch Queen of Harrenhal - Alys Rivers, to illustrate how House Lothston's relationship with Bloodraven may have influenced both their downfall and the wider story at large.
