Both particle travelling faster than light &relativity is true

i have no mathematical sums to support this .. this is just a figment of my imagination ... it is easier for the nuetrino to shed it's gravitational field as it is very mass-less & so less gravitons would be emitted.. for us it would be impossible to shed our gravitational and electro-magnetic feild and so for us general and special relativity is true.....
