If you want to access your Netflix/Pandora outside the U.S., you can use a VPN app on your Android device to do so. VPN also can anonymize/encrypt your traffic and make your internet more secure for those of you using a lot of public WiFi or simply want to have privacy from government, NIS, and other unwanted/unauthorized snoopers.
