In the heart of Gotham City, a new prison has been established. Arkham City. Before he could start a campaign to shut it down, Bruce Wayne has been captured by TYGER forces working for Dr. Hugo Strange, who knows that Wayne is Batman. After suiting up, Batman sets out to uncover the secret of Protocol 10. But things get even worst. The Joker is in the prison and has infected Batman with his titan-infected blood, poisoning him. Batman is then forced to find the cure to the illness and encounters various obstacles along the way. Bruce Wayne tries to start a campaign to shut Arkham City down but is captured by TYGER guards. Processed into the prison, Bruce Wayne suits up to start gathering info about Protocol 10.
