The forced stealth section. For Uncharted 2, that’s the infamous museum heist. It’s that one chapter where your guns are useless, the guards seem to have a sixth sense, and one wrong move boots you right back to the beginning. It's tense, it's frustrating... and today, we're going to master it. So, can you really survive Uncharted 2's infiltration challenge? Let's find out. Section 1: The Setup & The Stakes Welcome to Chapter 2: "Breaking and Entering." This mission has a reputation for a reason. Unlike the later games, Uncharted 2's stealth is pretty bare-bones, and here, it's all or nothing. If a guard even gets a glimpse of you, it's an instant failure. There's no shooting your way out of this one; you just have to be a ghost. But we're not just here to sneak by. We're going for the perfect run. That means zero alerts, every guard taken down silently, and nabbing all six of the hidden treasures scattered across the chapter. This isn't just about getting through it; it's about owning it. Section 2: The Walkthrough - Part 1: Getting Inside Our adventure kicks off after a lovely stroll through the sewers. Once you’re inside the museum grounds, the first real test begins. The most obvious path is, of course, a trap. Your first job is to deal with the guard who patrols near the staircase. Just wait for him to turn his back, and you can take him down without a sound. From there, drop down and use the large fountain for cover to get the drop on the second guard. Now, before you climb up the wall, it's time for our first prize. Head to the back-left corner of this area, and you’ll find the Byzantine Gold Coin sitting on the edge of a small fountain. Easy to miss if you're focused on the guards. Next, you’ll follow your partner, Flynn, up a series of ledges. After a bit of climbing, you'll find yourself on a rooftop. Before you go anywhere else, run straight to the other side of this roof. The Jeweled Bracelet is sparkling on the ground right at the edge. Grab it, then follow Flynn. This next part involves a few synchronized takedowns, so stay close and follow his lead. Section 3: The Walkthrough - Part 2: The Rooftops & More Treasure Now we’re properly on the rooftops, where the climbing gets more intense and the treasures get trickier. After you boost Flynn up and climb a ladder, you'll be on a roof with a small, raised building. Don’t follow the main path just yet. Circle around this little structure to find the Ottoman Ring sitting on a windowsill. A little later, you’ll shimmy along a ledge and pull yourself up next to a large, decorative window. The Silver Amulet Box is tucked away right in the corner here. Next, after a short cutscene where you see the main tower, you'll hop over a railing. Instead of moving forward, turn around and look for a green-topped turret roof. The glimmering Antique Pocket Watch is sitting right on top. The final treasure is just before you and Flynn use the zipline. After climbing a red ladder, you’ll be on the last rooftop. Check the corner to your right to find the Jeweled Necklace before you head for the tower. Section 4: The Climax & The Betrayal With all the guards handled and every treasure in your pocket, you finally reach the tower. This is the moment it's all been building toward. You and Flynn find the Mongolian oil lamp, crack it open, and discover the resin that reveals the secrets of Marco Polo's doomed voyage to Shambhala. It feels like a total victory. But this is Uncharted, and this is where the script flips. Just as you’re about to celebrate, Flynn pulls a gun on you. He reveals he played you the entire time, trips the alarms, and leaves you high and dry for the guards to find. Your reward for a flawless stealth run is to get captured, which is exactly what kicks off the rest of this incredible game. CTA And that's how it's done—a perfect infiltration.
