Tetsu (Me) vs Dark Storm by Double S
This version of Dark Storm is old school as hell. He was one of my first 50 chars i ever had in mugen when i first started. I like the chars made from kakuge yaro and i didnt even play the actual game yet lol. Props to all creaotrs who made chars from this game.
