Fitting and Insulating the Floor - VW Crafter Camper Conversion

This is the second video of our new campervan build! The basis for this conversion is a 2013 VW Crafter and the whole interior will be handmade by me over the next few months. The van’s previous life was as a support vehicle for Volvo lorries so you can imagine the back is pretty oily and greasy. In this video I fit the floor battens, lay down the insulation and plywood floor. One important lesson learned while fitting the floor is that jobs on the camper will take longer than I estimate, as I end this video working by torchlight in the dark.
