Russian attempts to increase influence in Africa: food speculations and 'Wagner' mercenary activity

Over food shortages and debates of prolonging the Black Sea Grain Initiative, Russia tries to bolsten its influence on the African continent. Speculations with food security is the main influence lever, as many countries in Africa depend on food imports from the Black Sea ports: mostly Ukrainian.
