Former students filed suit against college

ALBANY - Two former UAlbany students have filed suit against the university following an investigation into the alcohol overdose death of another student. Zachary Gaylis and Keith Rosengarten claim the investigation into the death of student Trevor Duffy violated their rights. Duffy died after a night of heavy drinking at an off-campus home in November. The two students want to return to the college. They were among the 24 sanctioned by the university. The university's investigation concluded Duffy's death was the result of hazing. No one has been arrested.
