It is a method in which you start foods by introducing large pieces of soft foods instead of purees. BLW typically starts at 6 months. I would 1000% recommend doing a course before starting, as I understand it can be intimidating to start solids. One of the courses I used and recommend is Happy Healthy Eaters. This being said there is NOTHING wrong with going down the path of purees if that is where YOU are comfortable. You’ll notice I don’t show exactly how much is or isn’t being consumed.
