#kechhotline A large-scale protest by citizen groups at the Seoul Plaza in Seoul called for a boycott of Japan's nuclear wastewater release. A recent survey shows that nearly 80 percent of Koreans support the establishment of an on-land processing facility to store the contaminated water instead of discharging it. Organizers are also collecting signatures online to resist the discharge plan. They have collected nearly 160,000 signatures so far.
