Can you transfer the title of your property to your children? So there are two different answers. One, if you own your property free and clear, you're yes, you can do it. We recommend getting a real estate attorney who knows the ins and outs of which property forms to file with the state. They need to be recorded. And again, if you own the property free and clear, you are able to do that. There's nothing hindering you from doing that.
