( active fighters within 18 months ) Step up wins = are wins against guys with noticably better records then there previous opponents, wins against former world title challengers, and/or minor title fights.. 5 over carrer = better then 2 step up wins.. 10 over career better then 3 and 15 better then 4.. Wins over former champs count as half of a notable win..
