Prepare the ingredients by mincing the garlic, chopping the onion, slicing the kikiam into bite-sized pieces, and cutting the carrots, sayote, and cabbage into thin strips. 2. In a pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent. 3.Add the sliced kikiam to the pot and cook for a few minutes until slightly browned. 4. Pour in the water and add the carrots, sayote, and chicken cube. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. 5. Season the broth with sesame oil, salt, ground pepper, and fish sauce according to your taste preferences. 6.
