Capture, Hang, Bury Otis Skinner in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2): John Bounty Hunting in Epilogue

How to hang and bury wanted criminals that you bounty hunt in the game Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). Normally, you only get a monetary reward from capturing people (outlaws) found on posters in Sheriff's Office or Police Departments during John Marston's Epilogue. However, you can actually trigger animations showing the person you catch in the gallows, and see them buried by a priest (along with a eulogy). Video shows Otis Skinner being hogtied and turned in to lawmen at the jail cell in Blackwater, with both of the above bonus animations being shown subsequently. Included is all the comments and speeches said by Otis Skinner (and the police chief) in the jail cell, and during capture.
