'The Sky is the Limit' for Musical Empowerment

What began as three Carolina students providing music lessons to a few grade school students in 2002 has now expanded to six campuses and nearly 200 teachers and students. Musical Empowerment, now a 501 (c)(3) based in Carrboro, pairs musically-inclined college students with grade school students who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford lessons.
