The Berserker Pack Bug

so this is my big problem with the berserker pre oder pack that i have this the video tells more then i do because my English is not that good because i'm Dutch but if you watch the video then you know what i try to explain please Ubisoft FIX this annoying bug please because this is not funny Anymore.
