Fossil Hunter’s Monster Marine Reptile Finds

Fossil Hunter’s Monster Marine Reptile Finds

We are going to look at fossils today, found by Steve Etches along the Jurassic Coast. He has looked for fossils in Kimmeridge Bay for many years and has a stunning collection of finds. I had first been invited to see Steve`s fossils in 1990 by Martin Foster but i was occupied at the time. Martin Foster built the "Foster Collection," that is in the Cardiff Museum, one of my finds in that collection is an ammonite that is 65cm across-called Arietites bucklandi. Well Steve Etches has found many mighty big fossil finds, which i am looking forward to seeing. See the website for Steve`s fossils https://www.theetchescollectionshop.org/ and on Instagram @tec_kimmeridge. My family and i are looking forward to the road trip to Steve`s Visitor Centre. This is a short YouTube video about “The Etches Collection." My YouTube Channel is "Lyme Regis Fossils.”There is strict fossil collecting code at Kimmeridge Bay see "Fossil Collecting Code-The Etches Collection." The Cliffs are dangerous along the Jurassic Coast, stay away from the dangerous cliffs that are liable to fall suddenly and without warning. This YouTube video i have made has not been monetised, its going out on my YouTube Channel to show people just some of the wonderful Etches Collection. Go along and see all of it for yourselves. I give the Steve Etches Visitor Centre top marks as its totally all about the World Heritage Site and the kids were captivated. If you have seen the collection already leave some comments in the section below the video. We very recently made a short YouTube fossil hunting video, see that in short form -    • Ammonite, Omanyte or Snail 🐌?#shorts   The “ river table “ was made by Tom and Tiber, thanks, its a lovely table for drinks and fossils#fossilhunter#jurassiccoast#steveetches
