Hi everyone, in today’s video I’m sculpting a Pipe nail with hard gel and lots of encapsulated glitter. For the nail art portion I’m creating waves with alcohol ink and I’m topping that with a neon one stroke flower. I’m not the best with one stroke painting, but I’m trying to be better at it.
