Cyclone Amphan: Volunteer in Bangladesh drowns while evacuating villagers

Bangladesh has reported its first death due to Cyclone Amphan. The victim was a volunteer who drowned due to strong winds while evacuating villagers ahead of the landfall. At least 1.4 million people in the country's coastal areas have been evacuated. Although it is not in the cyclone's predicted path, there are also fears for refugee camps in Cox's Bazar, where more than a million Rohingya people live.
