Neighbors react after young teens arrested in Grandview homicide

People in a Grandview neighborhood said there's been a lot of problems with teenagers and gunfire lately. Early Tuesday, a 14-year-old and a 13-year-old were taken into custody in connection with the shooting death of a Grandview man.
