White House backs off Mullen Pakistan assessment

White House press secretary Jay Carney was asked Wednesday about Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen's comments that the Haqqani network acts as arm of Pakistan's intelligence agency. Carney said that was "not language I would use."
