Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it: 1. Go to your Instagram profile tab and hit the three lines icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. 2. Tap Settings. 3. Then click on the Privacy section. 4. Choose the Limits option. 5. Now you need to decide who you want to limit (accounts that aren’t following you or recent followers) and how long. You may limit up to 6 days or 4 weeks. 6. Once you decide, click on the Turn on button at the bottom of the screen. That’s it!
