It features dance band leader, arranger and music writer Billy Merrin with his Commanders, plus Ronald Frankau, Peggy Dew, Jessie (the child impersonator) and The Dorchester Girls "You Gotta Have Swing" with the band, The Dorchester Girls (dancers) and vocalist Peggy Dew (could this be Rita Williams - she did sing with this band at about this time?)
