Ranger - A Brief Look at a Terminal File Manager

Everyone knows how to use a GUI file manager, but that's about a as exciting as watching the clothes go around in the washing machine for another 10 minutes. Lets do something interesting. Join me on my journey to figure out what ranger is all about, from stumbling across a few commands and feeling absurdly cool when I discover how to select all, to digging through the config file for some semblance of a key map.
