A simple exercise that can be used to develop strength and endurance in the wrist and forearm. The patient controls the amount of force by how hard they grip and whip the FlexBar. This exercise is one of the first ones given for wrist and elbow tendonitis injuries, such as lateral epicondylitis or medial epicondylitis.
