Dr. Doom (me) vs Robocop

Dr. Doom is up to no good again (but what do you expect from a villain in my team) and has escaped the bank after robbing it of massive amounts of riches to fund Team Omega Force's projects. Assuming he had escaped the authorities Dr. Doom comes across a half-man, half-machine, but all cop type person in Robocop, created by Ryou Win. Taking out his Auto-9 the cyborg officer announced that he will arrest him peacefully but Dr. Doom refuses. What I find funny from this Robocop is he speaks Portuguese but that shouldn't matter. He has a pretty high Defense and an extent of Super Armor that makes him tough to combo and him back off on you. He makes liberal use of his high caliber Auto-9 and spams it repeatedly when his health is really low. His damage output is quite high as his major weakness is the fact he is exceedingly slow (like in the movies). One thing is for sure. Peter Weller and Cy-Fox are gonna get pissed to see Robo fall into the hands of a villain.
