“True music and creativity caught me early this morning. I decided to record a vocal-guitar track and make a music video of the classic musical and Christmas song 'My Favorite Things', from my favorite musical classic 'The Sound of Music', written by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II, and recorded and performed by the incredibly talented and beautiful Julie Andrews, who starred in the amazing film musical about the true story of the real-life Von Trapp Family. 'The Sound of Music' theater musical was made in 1959, along with this beautiful song, and the film musical was made in 1965, starring lovely Julie Andrews, and a live TV special 'The Sound of Music Live!' in 2013, starring gorgeous Carrie Underwood. Other talented artists that have recorded and performed 'My Favorite Things' include Diana Ross, Kenny Rogers, and Trisha Yearwood, among so many other talented artists.
