Kof XIV Rock Howard Frame traps demonstration

For those of you who don't know a frame trap is essentially a gap within a block string. This basically means you're going to be fooling your opponent into thinking that he/she can punish you only for them to get stuffed by your attack. One important thing to note is that frame traps can get stuffed by invincible reversals such as Most DP's and Supers/climax attacks. It's also best to make sure to not always use the same frame traps over and over again as your opponent will either mash out with an invincible reversal. if you're curious and want to know more about frame traps then I'd recommend watching SFgods video on it as he basically does a good job at explaining it.
