The difference is that at the end of the DVD promo, Little Engines Big Days Out, Calling All Engines!, Tales from the Tracks and The Complete Series 3 are seen. Taken from Little Engines Big Days Out. I was surprised when I saw the end of the trailer was different a few weeks ago.
