@RusticLaceDIY @KathyJoDIYs @thesingingcraftycrafter Playlist • Just Our Imagination 3/10/25 Hey hey Everyone, Tiffany here again and I'm excited about this week's crafts! Spring is in the air, it's finally getting warmer out here in frozen Minnesota, and crafting is going on, so let's get to those descriptions right now! First off, I grabbed two pieces of floral foam and glued them together and then I grabbed a knife and shaved it down to a more manageable and desirable shape with the form of a top hat. I cut out a piece of paper plate for the brim of the hat and I covered it with purple fabric and then I used pink ribbon for the lower part of the top hat. I then used gold ribbon to go around the brim and the very top of the hat for more detail. I added feathers into the pink ribbon and also used a clock sticker on card stock which I glued down to the hat for a cute detail. I grabbed a bunch of purple flowers and glued them all along the brim and the top of the top hat to add further cute embellishments. Next, I had to make something from the horrible extension cord that we all had to endure. I tore it apart and got into the wires inside the cord. I used the copper wires on the inside of the cord, pulled apart several wires from the bundle and started beading a head for a dragonfly. I also formed a body for the dragonfly with more beads. I sculpted out his wings in the same manner with colorful beads and wires and also added some ribbon tool at the end to fill out the wings for a wind-swept effect. Third, I let my husband have some more fun and decided to share it with you all. In his words, he took a wooden form from Walmart, drew on it with a marker making a joke about age and glued the form to a wooden Tumbling Tower block, which he proceeded to glue onto a picture frame from the Dollar Tree. It's whimsical and silly, but it has the effect of seeming to come right out of the frame while it stands up. Given that the cow's a cow, obviously he's NOT a chicken, my hubby told me and when you're done rolling your eyes at his bad jokes you can laugh like I did. It's a fun project, and it was nice to include for any lingering fans of Ryan's Crafty Corner. You'll have to let him known in the comments if you want him to make future appearances! I hope you all are having a wonderful Spring, hope things are always looking up for you, and that your days are warm and bright! Take care everyone, I'll talk to you all later!
