HURRICANE NATE AFTERMATH LONG BEACH BILOXI GULFPORT AREA - CLEANUP HAS ALREADY BEGUN

Hurricane Nate brought some high winds of about 50-70mph I think they said. The worst part in the Biloxi ocean springs area was the tidal surge. Several casinos had 2-4 feet of water inside their bottom level. All of the casinos and hotels on the beachfront don’t have anything important on the lowest level so minimal damage did occur. The water here in Long Beach did come up over the highway 90 (Beach blvd) but only 7-12 inches maybe and the water stopped just on the opposite side of the highway here. The eyewall of the storm was very unorganized. The cleanup trucks and front end loaders are already clearing sand of the streets just before sunrise. The MS DOT is on top of the cleanup efforts already. If anyone has any questions or comments please feel free to ask in comments.
