We’ll be doing total-body compound exercises to build strength and torch some serious calories. The exercises are low impact, and you’ll only need a very small space to perform them. Exercises Sequence: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest (Repeat x2) Workout Duration: 15 minutes Estimated Calories Burned: 100 - 120 Cals Exercises: 1. Narrow to Wide Squats 2. Bear Crawl 3. Forward to Reverse Lunges 4. Plank Walk Climbers 5. Side to Side Shuffle 6. Push up with Shoulder Taps 7.
