Sunny Side Up with Sofia - Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

This week we had a lot of fun baking a snacking cake from an incredible cookbook, Snacking Cakes. Sofia picked out the sprinkles herself, and insisted they were treats for our cat, Takis. For those of you watching her progress each week, she’s starting to ask about the cup and spoon sizes and is doing much better with cracking eggs!
