You just need to have a Super Leaf to reach there and a Koopa Troopa shell to break the blocks. Re-entering a certain pipe actually restores what's in ? blocks and powerups are progressive so if you can manage to have a Mushroom powerup in you, the next powerup will be a Super Leaf within that certain pipe. - W6-6 I thought the top part was an alternate path for me to show off...but it wasn't.
