At least 41 killed at Istanbul's Atatürk Airport in a carefully-staged attack blamed on Isis. If that's confirmed, it's the fourth major bombing attributed to Islamic State militants in the past year. Why Turkey? Why now? The attack may be long-planned but they come the same week the government restored ties with Israel, apologized for downing a Russian fighter jet, and is now reaching out to Egypt and possibly Syria.
