Surya Namaskar by Yog acharya Azad Shah. Sun salutation is complete physical exercise. If we do surya namaskar with right breathing methods then we will also get benifits of pranayam. Doing sun salutation with breathing technique benifit our lungs very much. After practicing this the chances of getting any lungs disease are almost zero. Regular practising of it increases our stamina and make us able to do 50 surya namaskar in 10 minutes only.Then 10 minutes of surya namaskar will be equal to 1 hour of normal exercise. Every age group of people can perform it. But it will be better for those People who are suffering with any disease or old age person should perform it under supervision of yogacharya.
