DEHRADUN: The water level of Ganga came down slightly on Sunday evening, but continued to flow just a little below the warning level in Haridwar and Rishikesh. “The waterlevel was 292.70 m at 5 pm on Sunday. It was flowing at 30cm below the warning mark and a little over one metre below the danger mark,” said an official of the State Emergency Operation Centre (SEOC).
