A Phoenix condo fire has left a man and his four children dead, fire officials said. The fire happened just after 11 p.m. at a condo unit near 35th Avenue and Northern on Wednesday night. Firefighters reported seeing flames come out of the windows while the building was filled with smoke. First responders carried out five victims and had to treat them with "advanced life support measures." The children - one girl and three boys between the ages of 5 and 12 - were rushed to the hospital in extremely critical condition. Two of the children died at the hospital. The other two kids died several days later. The children who died were identified as Dov Boyer, 7; Nachman Boyer, 8; Tamar Boyer, 11; and Shevach Boyer, 9.
