Prepare a large baking sheet greased with avocado oil. In a large bowl, whisk oats, flour, baking powder and soda, garlic and onion powder, dill, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and greek yogurt/cottage cheese. Fold the egg mixture, bacon, green onions and cheddar into the dry ingredients until well combined and mixture begins to thicken. Scoop balls of dough and transfer to the baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the biscuits are baked through and lightly browned all over. Serve with butter, eggs, avocado, whatever you like!
