Gov Cuomo at NYC book signing - I ask if Feds are investigating him for Moreland Commission

This is audio of me asking Gov. Andrew Cuomo if he is under Federal investigation relating to the Moreland Commission corruption scandal. He clearly says "No", when in fact he is being investigated for possible obstruction of justice, etc.by U.S. Atty Preet Bharara. Attendees were instructed not to have cameras or phones out in the open once they reached the front row of the line leading to the Governor (that's why I only have audio and no video...sorry). Though there is background noise, and cross-talk from his staff and security, you can hear his answer.
