Creamy cheesy and Crispy tender Brussels Sprouts au gratin is the perfect delicious side dish for any meal. Making it in air fryer is the easiest way to enjoy this vegetable. Ingredients Brussel Sprouts - 2 cups (Cut into quarters) Heavy cream - 1 cup Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup Instructions 1. Brush or Spray two baking dishes 7x4 inches with Oil or butter. 2. Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim the edges, cut it into quarters and add it to the baking dish. 3. Add 1 cup of cream to a bowl, add garlic powder, pepper, salt, tbsp of cheddar cheese and mix well. 4. Add 1/2 cup of cream mixture to the baking dish. Serve 1/2 cup of cream mixture for another baking dish. 5. Air fry at 350°F or 180°C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add shredded cheddar cheese on top and air fry it for another 10 minutes. 6.
