Holley Sniper EFI loss of spark issue figured out?

We fired the car up today on a cold start. I didn’t run until it stopped receiving a spark signal and would not restart. Then we ran the sniper, hyper spark ignition box test that was recommended to us by Holly and confirmed that our sniper is not sending a signal to the ignition box, but our ignition box and coil are still functioning properly.
