It was my first time ever seeing her live and I was very excited. I didn't really grow up watching Demi on Disney Channel like many others my age did (as I didn't have cable growing up), but when I was in middle school the 'Confident' album was one of the first albums I really got into when I was exploring music. Because of the album, I became a fan and I clearly remember when she released the 'Tell Me You Love Me' album I replayed it front to back SO MANY TIMES! That was 2017-2018, and in my last upload of the Chappell Roan show I went to, I explained that around that time is when I started to get into like 70s-80s music and stopped hearing more modern music. Within the last 2 years though, I've been getting into newer music again, rediscovered my old Demi playlists and fell back in nostalgia. I initially wasn't going to come to this show, cause for one, I didn't even know it was happening or that she had just released a new album, but when I heard the news like a few days ago, I instantly started to play the new album on repeat to try to recognize the songs live. I was able to get a ticket last minute for $60, and for a very intimate show like this it was so totally worth it! My only issue was that even though I got there early and was able to get near barricade, IT WAS A SEA OF PHONES! This was somewhat an issue for me at Chappell's show but not as intense as this one. What I noticed is that some people hold their phones very high (even though they don't need to) and this results in the people behind them to hold their phones even higher, and it's like a domino effect. I REALLY REALLY wish I was able to record way much more considering this was the live debut of a lot of new songs, but with a wall of phones blocking your view of Demi, at some point I found it futile and just focused on enjoying the show and record whenever I actually could see her for a long period of time. Also something that bothered me is, why do people fight for barricade/front rows and not even vibe or dance throughout the show when everyone on the floor is? like c'mon! 😭 that being said, I'm still shocked with the price I paid to see Demi, so it all evens out! - 7 (for various songs during Demi's set my camera's battery would get exhausted (as I was taking both video and RAW photos) and would frequently stop recording, giving me only very short clips. In some instances I was able to record with my phone or just the audio (due to view being blocked) and so I put a photo I took during said songs for the audio only instances.) - As you might tell, I wasn't able to record every song and some only partially. This is mainly because I had to stop recording to take RAW photos with my camera and/or enjoy the show without any distractions. The reason why I wanted to upload this was because many times I find myself wanting to see my footage on the go but I have it on my computer (due to me not having enough storage on my phone cause of the large files). Also because they're all separated, so I just thought, why not put everything together? At the same time also share it with all of you, especially those who are also fans of Demi!. Hope you can enjoy this footage! - 7SeasOfQ - #demilovato #lovatics #itsnotthatdeep
