Problem 18: Graph y = 2(x + 3)(x - 1)

In this problem, I'll show you how to graph a quadratic in factored form by first graphing the x-intercepts (the "zeros") and then by finding the x-coordinate of the vertex. After finding the x-coordinate of the vertex, we substitute that back in to find the y-coordinate of the vertex. You can then plot the vertex.
