Good for One Day - "Ad Vitam" Official Music Video Artist city, country: Vicenza, Italy Artist Biography: Il progetto Good For One Day nasce nel Settembre 2006 da un'idea di Marco, Teo, Luca e Nik, alla quale, nel mese seguente, si aggiunge Gimmy. Inizialmente il genere proposto è un post-hc melodico, influenzato da band come story of the year e the used. Su questa linea la band compone un ep (2008) e il primo disco, "A Story Never Told", uscito nel 2010 sotto Indeed! Records e registrato presso il Raptor Recording Studio di Matteo Tabacco. Tra il 2010 e il 2011 la band, oltre a rilasciare 2 videoclip ufficiali, si cimenta in numerosi live, dividendo il palco con act di spessore come The Get Up Kids, Vanilla Sky, Velvet, Sights & Sounds, Devotion., The Glamour Manifesto, Dufresne, Mellowtoy, Notimefor. Verso la fine del 2011 la band rilascia un nuovo brano, Sundown, totalmente autoprodotto e scaricabile gratuitamente. Il brano segna la svolta del sound proposto: il suono diventa più morbido ma allo stesso tempo più ruvido, ispirandosi all'indie e al grunge degli anni 90 . Proprio sotto l'influenza di band come Weezer, Foo Fighters e The Get up Kids, durante tutto il 2012 i cinque si chiudono in studio x comporre il nuovo disco. Tra Febbraio e Marzo del 2013 la band entra all'Hate Recording Studio e, sotto la supervisione di Maurizio "Icio" Baggio, registrano il nuovo album. Nei prossimi mesi la band sarà impegnata, oltre che nella ripresa dell'attività live, nella post produzione del secondo disco e nella realizzazione del primo video estratto dal nuovo disco, la cui regia sarà affidata ad Alessandro Carlozzo (Airway) e Maurizio Baggio.
