Raw Mango (Kairi) : 250 gm 2. Sugar (Cheeni) : 125 gm 3. Mint Leaves (Podina) : 1 tbsp 4. Salt (Namak) : As per taste 5. Black Salt (Kala Namak) : As per taste 6. Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera) : 1 tea spoon Method to prepare Raw Mango Sharbat:- 1. Boil and Peel Raw Mango. 2. Extract its pulp and collect it in a bowl. 3. Mash mango pulp properly. You can use beater or mixer for it. 4. Prepare sugar syrup in an another bowl, by mixing sugar and water properly. 5. Mix sugar syrup in mango pulp. 6. Add salt, cumin seeds powder, black salt, mint paste and mix it all well. 7. Kairi ka Pana (Raw Mango Sharbat) is ready to use. You can refrigerate it to use for 5 to 10 days. 8. Take one-fourth part of mango sharbat and add three-fourth part of chilled water. Add ice for more chilling. 9. Kairi ka Pana (Raw mango sharbat) is a very good ayurvedic medicine to prevent from heat strokes in summer.
