Silent Hill 4: The Room Part 15 (2nd Forest World 1/2)
The torch can be found right at the start of this world, which I forgot to grab and I had to come back to pick it up later on. To make it last longer, just go back to Henry's apartment and soak it in oil. This item is needed in order to search the wells for the doll parts. To make exploration easier in this level, feel free to leave Eileen at the burned Wish House, she'll be safe there.
