171st Birthday Anniversary of King Raja Ravi Varma April 29 ,2018

RAJA RAVI VARMA INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR ARTS & CULTURE, KILIMANOOR. Commemorating the 171st birth anniversary of the world known artist Raja Ravi Varma on April 29th, 2018, as a part of two-day celebrations on 29th & 30th April "Painting on the wall" famous K.K Warrier who has presented century-old tradition painting shall be exhibited. Replica paintings of famous Raja Ravi Varma painted by Smt. Nimisha Rao (Baroda), Indian President Balasree Award winner, with her own style, will also be exhibited, Under the Joint effort by Raja Ravi Varma International Foundation for Arts and Culture and Kerala Lalitha Kala Academy, 15 well-known Artists would attend the 4 day camp from 26th to 30th April 2018, conducted by the Kerala Lalithakala Academy. On 28,29,30th April, a camp for children aspiring to learn paintings is conducted at Kilimanoor palace. I had the opportunity to visit on April 29th, Being a bit ill could not stay that long, so wish I could have captured more.
